In any situation of cancellation or issues that may cause the trip to be cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Health and Safety
Itineraries are prone to change if the environment climate deteriorates or the traveler’s health deteriorate. Team leaders can exercise their right to disband the trip if deemed necessary.
In no way or any means harassment to our guides or porters in any way or form will be tolerated. If he/she feels threatened or has suffered any physical or verbal abuse during any time of the trip, he/she has the right to immediately cancel any services offered under this contract and may be forced to take a legal action towards the individuals involved.
In case of situations where extra days are taken during the trip than mentioned in the itinerary, extra charges will be liable.
A copy of travel insurance policy to be provided at least 10-15 days prior to the trip.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of a failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Failure of Service Circumstances
If an unlikely situation arise where Moodways Travel is not able to cater to your travel needs, we reserve the right to transfer or recommend to another travel company to cater on our behalf providing their availability and costings are adequately matched to the client’s needs.
A deposit and booking fee is to be provided to secure the booking for the trip. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the company due to cancellation.
Payment of the remaining balance will be done on arrival of the travel party in Nepal itself.
